Rosa Stern Space explores social and cultural developments of a present defined by (post-)apocalyptic scenarios, critically questioned and transferred into an aesthetic discussion space.
What comes after all ends? Are there new beginnings? Do we persist in the recurrence of the same old? No return to the supposed normality? How do we counter resignation, and what visions emerge from these liminal conditions marked by continuous crises and permanent sensations? Breakdown or breakthrough?

The program kicks off with a symposium (DOOMCORE CONTINUUM) at ROTE SONNE CLUB in Munich, where researchers and artists from various disciplines discuss and negotiate (sound-)aesthetically and performatively common places of liminality.
This will be followed by four exhibition projects + framework program that delve into topics such as sound and demise (LEATHER COATED DRONES), ecstasy and excess (PLANET X), hedonistic transhumanism (PARADISE ENGINEERING) as well as digital and physical coexistences (OFF MERGE / POST DEATH).
